They do this every year. If enough people like you raise your voices, maybe they'll vote the Republicans out of office in Chicago and let the Democrats fix the environment.
It seems obviously offensive to me not in the particular green color they chose but rather the nearly empty shake with a straw hanging out as if it was thrown out of a car and landed near a gutter. The "gutter" in this case being the river itself.
