The 50m free: I am not so sure I agree with the technique point of looking straight down during a sprint but it sure worked tonight in the 50 meter free for Caesar Cielo. Since Tobriner couldn't win, I am glad it was Cielo.
it's very good see that peaple likes cezar. he deserves this medal and that respect. he's an olimpic's champion and the biggest bazilian swimmer! and we all (brazilians) thanks united states for had given all the suport for cezar during this 3 years =]

just found your blog randomly... i swim and do triathlons too (as well as coach HS in water polo, swimming, a triathlon club).
- also surprising to me has been a lot of the freestylers are breathing every other stroke.
- big whitewater on the kicking
