Computer Animation and Visualization of Olympic Swimmers

...Or perhaps animate it her faster. This website calls itself the Institute for Computer Graphics. There you will find some animations of swimming which I think are pretty rigid and over simplified but at least somebody is studying it.

Also therein is a link to the Flow Simulation and Analysis Group at George Washington University which did some flow analysis on local boy; and 3x gold medalist, Lenny Krayzelburg in the streamline position.
