2007 SPMA Regionals Movie
Here are some swims from the 2007 SPMA Regionals swim meet. I am not happy with the compression quality of these "video sharing sites" so I am going to post a much cleaner, more clear version to one of my own sites in the next day or two. For now, this is a sample of how the day went. Enjoy. :-)

I was filming the races hence I couldn't film myself. I couldn't film Todd either since he and I were both in the same heats or I was either warming down or warming up when he was racing when he was racing. We do make cameeos though.

Trevr, that's Erik H who swam that 47. He swam with Michael Gross in the 1988 Seoul Olympics.
