This Hey Rookie Pool or the Gaffey Street Pool was gifted to the Los Angeles Unified School District but it is degrading badly due to vandals. The frustrating thing is that the public; most notably the Fort MacArthur Museum Association, wants this pool restored so as to benefit the community. The Gaffey Street Pool located here in "Lost" Angeles is being destroyed by vandals!
