Natalie Coughlin posted a strong time in the 100m free swimming just .82 seconds slower than the world record.Michael Phelps won the 100m fly by 2-seconds-plus in a time of 1:56.05 beating Australian swimmer, Nick D'Arcy, but 7 seconds off his world record.
