Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre opened

Swimming has gained another world class facility in Sydney with the City of Sydney council officially opening the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre this week. The Centre, which is the last public building designed by the world renowned architect Harry Seidler, includes an Olympic-size heated pool, leisure pool, program pool, spa, sauna and steam room, café and fitness centre.
