I actually have a copy of that book you have pictured. There is no master's swim club where I swim, and since I don't really have a coach to direct workouts or give me technique pointers, her book gives me some good tips and workout plans.
I have it too. I recommend it for every swimmer's library. As for a Masters, you have to start one and "Janet Evans" can be the coach! :-)
