Beard has the habit of lifting her
elbows completely out of the water
which is illegal in Breastroke.
Whoa! I didn't know that. I have to look for a You Tube.
Gosh, the breaststroke is apparently becoming the "spit ball" of swimming. i.e the Greek guy who was dolphin kicking, Amanda Beard and was it Lochte that Erik called out on Timed Finals? and finally, Amanda Beard.
