Trevor essentially took the goggles and ran saying, "these are so cool looking," I am only going to wear them when I race. I'll let you know later. Jamie on the other hand raced with them in the SPMA SCM Championships in Long Beach and sent me this review.
"... I found the Rzr's to be extremely efficient. They fit very snug and had an overall good performance. I had no troubles with them rolling off my face, and the visibility was unmatched. They felt almost like a part of you. They were really light ..."

I have heard the blueseventy goggles are very light. How light is light? Is there a weight comparison chart between the major brands of goggles?
Enough of your 'holier than thou' attitude. Tell it for what it is. It wasn't a 'gift.' You got a product demo directly from blueseventy to review. Just because you didn't 'keep' the goggles for yourself or do the review yourself, doesn't mean that blueseventy didn't get exactly what they wanted with your help.
They wanted a review. They got one. Paid or not, free product or not.
This is a paid review, and there is nothing wrong with it. What is wrong is your attitude that you are 'better' than any reviewer for any publication is. The NY Times does it, TechCrunch does it. SwimInfo does it. TMZ probably does it. They all get free products for the sake of a review. It is an accepted practice. Get over yourself.
Here is what happened, I bought two b70 suits for the SCM Championships and there were two pairs of goggles with them. I had no idea that they were special till last night when I looked at the goggles and it had the RZR tag. I called up Jamie and asked him to send me a review and he IMed me.
Trevor won't wear them till he races. He says they are too cool.
I have been offered free tech suits, a wetsuit, books, sunscreen, subscription, and meals. this site has to remain a money-free zone so people know that I am trying my best pro bono.
If it wasn't for 9/11 I would go to the post office and weigh them. Post 9/11 all the scales are gone and you have to go have the handlers do all that stuff for you.
They are really light though
Kind of off topic here, but Cielo just swam a 50 free in 20.91! I was just wondering if you knew and planned to post someting about it...
I saw that and I am stoked, I figured everybody else did too at Swimming World - I will write up how insulted he will be for setting the record in a fully approved FINA suit and even called a cheater by Speedo wearing athletes!
My guess is the goggles weigh just a little more than a $100 bill.
