Maybe Jason Lezak didn't make the team?

Karen Krouse writes that the coaches will decides who gets to swim. BOO! HISS!

From the New York Times:
Only Adrian (48.10) and Jones (48.46) posted times faster than Michael Phelps’s 48.49 from earlier in the year. It raises the question: who will represent the United States in the 400 freestyle relay in London?

Lezak, 36, got into the final when Ryan Lochte scratched after clocking a 48.91; Lezak was timed in 48.88 in the final.
