Here is a site called swim.ee with lots of swim theory, photos and movies. They provide technique info on all the strokes, which includes, starts, turns, legal turns for backstroke in the IM and if you look deep enough you can also find an analysis on speedsuits.Here is a link to the 'models' page which has all of the technique theory on all the strokes: [Link]

Yah, it's a great site, but the video section is locked now. They used to have all the Athens and FINA videos. Any idea how to get in?
I'll figure it out and post it. I wonder if any of them are on You Tube? I'll check there too.
