Olympic medalist Erik Hochstein recomended this swim drill by Glenn Mills to SCAQ swimmers



I am going to spend a lot of time on this drill.

Sounds emminently logical. While I'm confident I have a reasonably streamlined form I'll certainly keep this in mind when I'm concentrating on my breathing - a definite problem area for me. This goes a long way to explaining why.
