Toddler rescues himself from drowning - a trained self rescue

Not much to say. This kid can barely walk yet has the composure after obviously being thrown into the water head first with his jammies on to right himself like a turtle and float like a lilly pad.

Awesome little dude! But I don't like how he was used as a prop and left in the water for over 5-minutes till he was pissed off to no end.

the kid was trained in ISR. Both of my children went through these classes on a yearly basis starting at 12 months of age. The training method totally works. When my daughter was 16 months old, she lost her footing and slipped into the pool in our backyard and before I could even jump in to get he, she had already flipped over and was floating. Now she is 7 and is like a fish in the water.

I don't doubt that it works, I am just majorly concerned about chlorine. I suspect chlorine intake is proportionally higher for infant body mass wise when compared to an adult.

However, having a swimming pool in your backyard is more dangerous than a loaded gun if you have infants which makes chlorine exposure a mute point..
